About Todd Warshauer

I’m a senior revenue and partnerships leader with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling national, multi-market sales organizations across real estate, marketplaces, and consumer platforms.

My career has focused on leading high-performing sales and partner ecosystems, owning multi-million-dollar P&L responsibility, and working closely with executive teams to modernize go-to-market strategy, CRM infrastructure, forecasting discipline, and revenue operations.

I’ve held VP-level leadership roles overseeing enterprise partnerships, national sales teams, and strategic growth initiatives across brokerage, homebuilding, and real estate technology organizations. My experience spans territory and quota design, partner-based revenue models, enterprise account development, and long-term relationship management with builders, operators, and strategic partners.

Most recently, I’ve advised and partnered with executive teams in the 55+ active adult space, applying this operating experience to help organizations align sales execution, partnerships, and customer experience to drive predictable, scalable growth.

I’m known for a pragmatic, people-first leadership style and for translating strategy into execution across sales, partnerships, and customer-facing teams.
