Before founding Active Adult Consultants, he served in executive leadership roles at the nation’s largest online real estate platforms for the 55+ market, where he built a 700+ agent network, elevated conversion performance, and established partnerships with top brokerages, builders, MLS organizations, mortgage companies, and senior living operators.
With a deep understanding of builder operations, brokerage dynamics, buyer behavior, and sales team development, Todd helps organizations strengthen their sales strategy, improve team performance, and build consistent customer experiences that drive absorption and revenue.
